Who: About Us

Swati Khanijo:

“It always seems impossible until it’s done.” – Nelson Mandela

With over a decade of experience in the not-for-profit sector, I bring a comprehensive skill set essential for driving organizational impact and efficiency. My core competencies include project and program management, program design, change management, data management, grant management, and grant writing.

My vision is to support early-stage organizations with the potential to create systemic change and significant social impact. These organizations often face challenges related to resource constraints and process management. My goal is to provide the consulting assistance necessary to overcome these obstacles and facilitate their growth and success.

Through this new venture, I aim to serve as a strategic partner, offering tailored solutions that enable organizations to achieve their objectives and maximize their impact.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I have a deep interest in Japanese culture and enjoy exploring Toronto’s finest cafes and breweries. The principles of ‘Kokoro’ (heart, spirit) and ‘Ikigai’ (reason for being) guide my personal and professional life. To maintain balance, I practice yoga regularly.

Join me in fostering a landscape where visionary organizations are empowered to realize their full potential and drive meaningful change.

Jonathan Hutchinson:

In 2016, Jonathan’s partner Angela noticed a request for assistance preparing a handful of donated Macs that would be used by a charity – Black Women in Motion. Realizing there were no responses, and knowing his adoration for Mac tinkering, she mentioned the post to him, and he ventured to the founder’s home to service all the computers. After a successful mission, Jonathan realized the need for friendly, affordable, honest repairs in the Toronto area, and placed a few ads on local Facebook pages. Years later, hundreds of Macs, other Apple devices, Windows computers, and even some small appliances have been repaired and upgraded – helping people continue using the technology and household items they know and love, and avoid buying new things that they don’t necessarily need.
